As a Brighton and Hove community based independent Funeral Directors, Sussex Funeral Services, are hosting a funeral fair, from 10am to 4pm at Hove Town Hall, on Tuesday May 14th 2013.
As members of the Dying Matters Coalition, we are helping to promote National Dying Matters Week – raising awareness in dying, death and bereavement which is also aimed at helping people to accept death as a natural part of our life cycle.
The fair will also raise awareness within the local community of the many options available when faced with having to arrange a funeral.
The event will feature stalls from relevant businesses, such as local solicitors; charities, live musicians, a local white dove company and a local horse and carriage masters. Light refreshments will be available and are being provided by the Martlets Hospice.
For any Cliff Richard fans – We have purchased tickets to his concert, which is being held at the Sussex Cricket Ground. These tickets are being raffled, with all proceeds going to Martlets Hospice.
